We offer both maintenance packages and one-off callouts. The choice is yours. If you have an issue with your phones, network or cabling, Cannon can help. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements with us.

Call Charges

All our systems come with monthly invoiced SIP trunks and call charges bundled in, subject to an initial minimum term contract of 12 months.

Each user/line* gets 1000 minutes of free calls per month to 01, 02, and 07 numbers.

*Depending on whether it is an on-prem or cloud solution

Support and Maintenance

We offer maintenance packages built in to the monthly cost (standard contract 12 months), or we are happy to look after you on a callout basis.

We also offer separate system and hardware maintenance packages to give you the choice to suit your requirements and budget.

​

We value all our customers and respond quickly to all requests for assistance, no matter which package you have.

Existing Systems

We have many years of engineering experience and can support various systems including the Samsung and Panasonic.
